Owned by New Yorker’s David and Juliet Mclay, the six-bedroomed house, is also home to the UK’s smallest cinema, a beautiful, not-for-profit art deco dream, built complete with a 1950s cocktail bar, velvet sofas and seating for just 22 people – an intimate spot and the locals best kept secret.
